shaken
& tossed
in a storm
of grass
blades
foul
with ferocious
greens,
my eyes
hang on,
barely,
and then
a lifeboat !
Hot ash-red
cotton speckled
mushroom
as soft
as the heart
beating under
the hand,
shaken
& tossed
by your skin.
